Prices and Costs
The prices I charge are exactly the same as those charged by the vast majority of local agencies.
Service cost for clients wishing to sell their property: 5% of the property's sale price, plus VAT on the commission, which is currently 22%.
For example, for a property sold for €400,000, the commission is €20,000, to which we must add VAT of €4,400, giving a total of €24,400.
If the property is purchased by a client from another agency, this amount will be split between my company and the partner company 50/50, without changing the amount payable to the seller; this amount is fixed in all situations.
Costs for buyer clients are zero euros.
The price will be charged to the agency selling the property you buy, so even though I'm working with you, you won't have to pay me anything.
